Currently based in The Bahamas, I am a Primary school leader with over 15 years’ experience in international education. I have guided teachers, administrators and parents through curriculum design, assessment reform, and the integration of digital literacy and AI. My passion is discussing with educators and schools about how they can expand their knowledge and build education for the future.

Alongside my day job as a Primary Deputy Head, I am currently working with PBL Future Labs as a consultant, working on ‘PBL 2.0’, integrating PBL and AI into school settings. I am also penning a book for Routledge on AI and Primary schools, due Spring 2026, organizing an AI in education summit in The Bahamas and speaking online at a AI conference in Johannesburg.
